M.F. Lisov in 1974 with difference has finished the Moscow chemistry-technological university of D.I.Mendeleev (MChTU) and has got the qualification of the engineer-technologist. In 1977 has finished the High state extension course managing and scientific workman on question of science of theory and practice of patenting and protection of author's right and inventions of Goskomizobreteniy USSR (VGKPI) and has entered in graduate school MChTU of D.I.Mendeleev. In 1988 has protected the thesis on competition degree candidate of the sciences on professions "Technology of silicate and refractory nonmetallic materials".

    M.F. Lisov is an author more than 80 scientific works, more than 60 patents for inventions RF, author 4 applications for Europatent and others.

    The Scientific interests concern the studies in the field of leading constructions and porous permeable ceramics, technologies of its reception and use in technology of the high temperature, machine building, metallurgy, petrochemistry, ecologies. They are designed several new scientific directions in technologies of the reception of the leading ceramics highcowarm-up, ecological and special purpose in system Si-Al-O-N and Si-Al-Ti-O-N, as well as theoretical bases of the interaction infrared and x-ray radiation with piezoelectric material on example b-quartz, are discovered and detailed are analysed earlier unknown regularities and intercoupling infrared and x-ray response at influence on crystals piezoelectrics.

    Scientific activity began in 1975 in division ceramic material NIIElectrovakuumnogo glass. In 1979-1990 there was expert of the division to chemistries and metallurgy of the Checking Advice Goskomizobreteniy USSR, member to Boards of the Checking Advice Goskomizobreteniy USSR, but in 1980-1991 there was reader of the division to chemistries VINITI AN USSR. After completion of the graduate school in 1981-1984 worked the leader of the subject in problem-solving laboratory of generaly technics faculty MChTU. In 1984-1989 there was leader of the group in division highcowarm-up material Institute of the high temperature AN USSR.
    Since 1989 there was leader of the Program "Ceramics" "SUPERCERAMICS" Corp., since 1992 worked the deputy of the general director "ECOLOGY of the MOSCOW" Co., since 1995 - a deputy director OOO NPF "Ceramics-Centre", but since 1997 - a managing director OOO "SBC-Centre" and deputy of the general director OAO "Cheremushkinskiy ceramic plant". At the end 1998 after defoult has retired. At present concern with the quotient by practice and consultation.
